With a solid background in Architecture and extensive experience in the real estate sector, Pedro Henriques combines technical knowledge, spatial vision, and aesthetic sensitivity to offer differentiated solutions to clients. His experience as a consultant and broker adds rigor, close monitoring, and strategic guidance to the management of real estate projects and transactions.
With a degree in Applied Mathematics – Via Ensino Broker / Consultant Manuela Beijinha brings to the project an analytical and structured approach, resulting from her training in Applied Mathematics and a decade of experience in the real estate market. Her rigorous and results-oriented profile ensures efficient, transparent management focused on client objectives, both in the consulting process and in real estate brokerage.
